How do I edit?

A few days ago you've watched a editing video (not mine), but you haven't seen how do I do it. Today, I'll show it to you. First of all, I open my edition program: Photoshop CS6.
I open the photograph I want to edit, that will be this one:

Then, you click "Contrast and brighten", that is under the colours graphic.
You select the next brighten and contrast values, that are:
After this step, you click "Selective correction" and put the next values for Black, Yellow, Red, White and Neutral colours. You see:

It looks better now, doesn't it? Well, we have to fix something yet. Let's do it. Open a new Brghten and Contrast layer and put it like this:
Now, click in "Acoplar imagen" to unify all the layers in the original one.

In the end I notice that the centre object wasn't in the centre of the image, so I cut it.

Well! That's the end of the editing. I don't think it is a professional edition, but the photograph looks better now. I usually don't do more than 6 layers, so.. It's basic tutorial.
Hope you enjoy it!
There it is the "after" image.
